Training: Techniques to help you lead a team to world class performance

  • Dentons 1 Fleet Place London, EC4M 7RD United Kingdom (map)

The All Blacks, the Chicago General Hospital Surgical Team, the Ferrari Formula One Pit Lane Crew. All high-performing teams have remarkably similar traits, including and arguably most importantly, outstanding leadership. Leaders, by definition, have followers. People will follow if they are inspired, developed and succeed.

This one-day course is designed to help you, as a future leader, understand and achieve that status, no matter the profession you wish to operate in.

We are going to look at two key techniques. The first is how the best-performing nuclear submarine in the US Navy became the best at what they do. The second is how our very own Red Arrows have stayed the best at what they do for the past three decades.

We will show you exactly how these techniques can be used to develop leaders and leadership skills - no matter your profession. You will learn how to assess failure and success and how to increase capabilities under stress. You will learn how to fully engage your teams and how to lead a team to world class performance.

The course leaders run a successful group of restaurants. They have taken these systems, adapted them and applied the principles to their upper and middle management. It’s working, and they want to show you how they did it.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity, made available exclusively to the Future Leaders Network, at a tiny fraction of the cost of such a course to the general public.

Lunch will be provided and is included in the cost.
