The Future Leaders Network (FLN) is excited to co-host a Skills-Building Workshop with YPFP London, designed to equip students and young professionals with the expertise needed to drive impactful change at the intersection of foreign policy, climate action, and global innovation.
This interactive session will explore how state and non-state actors tackle climate change collectively, major global mechanisms in climate negotiations, and the key competencies required to influence policy at the highest levels.

💡 Juhie Radia (Y7 2024 - Climate Delegate)
Juhie is a community activist and data analyst, dedicated to bridging the gap between youth, sustainability, and policy. An advocate for green skills education and diversity, she has worked with businesses, charities, and youth groups to empower young people and drive impactful change. Recognised as an Emerging Leader by Brandpie and awarded the Industrial Cadets Platinum Leader Award, Juhie has addressed global business leaders on how to support youth leadership in sustainability.
🌱 Tom Maidment (Y20 2024 - Head Delegate)
Tom has spent his career working with businesses to tackle climate change. From leading the net-zero strategy at Jaguar Land Rover to his current role as Group Product Sustainability Senior Manager at Hilton Foods, he has worked across sectors to drive sustainability. A passionate advocate for technical education and youth participation in climate policy, Tom co-founded a company to improve public understanding of the carbon footprint of food.
🚀 Paula Imafidon (Y20 2024 - Innovation & Future of Work Delegate)
Paula is a trailblazer in innovation and education. Holding multiple world records in mathematics, she has dedicated her career to empowering underrepresented talent and creating opportunities for diverse voices in policy and industry. Now a Lead Analyst at Bank of New York Mellon, Paula has been recognised for her advocacy and mentorship in supporting early-career women in STEM and finance.
