As a values-led organisation, we have created a Code of Ethics - a set of core values which we hope are shared by everyone associated with Future Leaders Network.

We know that there will be times when someone associated with Future Leaders Network falls short of the high expectations we hold for them.

We also expect everyone to speak out, without fear of consequence, wherever they see FLN Representatives, FLN Members or FLN Visitors not upholding the values outlined in our Code of Ethics. Please use this page to do so.

Please report all ethics concerns to the Ethics Lead via email, by clicking here, or by phone on +44 203 868 0024. If there is no answer, or you call out of office hours, please leave a voicemail.

The FLN Ethics Lead is currently Sophie Daud, Chief Executive Officer.

If the concern relates to the Ethics Lead, then this should be reported to the Ethics Director via email, by clicking here, or by phone on +44 203 868 0520. If there is no answer, or you call out of office hours, please leave a voicemail – messages are only accessible by the Ethics Director.

The FLN Safeguarding Director is currently Ian Mason, Chairman.
